3 months after that on 21 March 2016 it was already 808 subscribers and 200.644 views, at this point we organized that conference you just saw that sold out an entire conference room in the hotel.

However, if we release a never before seen 5-10 minute video interview of Elon Musk giving the top tips for Startup Entrepreneurs in the Netherlands.

That would probably attract a lot more startups in the Netherlands.
.
The question is how do you find that golden nugget that truly differentiates you.
.
Simple…
.
A lot of experimenting with content.

By finding the right content, and the right angle you can start reaching very high.

Which brings us to creating a 24/7 sales person that can take over your job explaining and convincing people to buy the product you’re promoting. The way we do that is with a simple Landing page.

Now very important in this phase is to remember that landing pages need to have certain basic elements on them in order to convert.

.

Our best performing landing pages (23% for every 1000 people) have the following elements.

Great design, loads fast (check pagespeed google to test it out), Headline & subheadline to welcome people, Welcome video, 3 testimonials, one call to action, and some extra information.

.

The goal is to keep it simple, the more complex the landing page the lower your conversion rates will be.

.

But,

.

You’re not done yet. The idea is that you also put some “click trackers” on your landing page to actually track if it’s doing well. We use SUMO for this.

This is also the phase where you start A/B split testing different types of landing pages with different headlines and videos.

Once you’ve found your golden landing page that gives you a 15%+ conversion rate, you’re officially in business.

Phase 3: Sit Back & Enjoy Your New Flood Of Orders

At this point, you’re probably wondering how this can get you almost 100k+ in sales.

Simple, because in this phase we’re scaling the whole process.

Up till now, we were in a startup phase. Split testing our golden value offer and golden sales person (landing pages).
.
Now we’re in an actual scale-up phase.
.
We need to drive as much traffic as possible to our golden landing page, by using content.
.
For this client, we created several hundreds of videos focused on specific keywords, targetting women in the Netherlands. For this, we needed to develop a Video SEO algorithm which could save us time and score our videos higher in the search rankings.
.
As you can see above, the data doesn’t lie. With video content, we had an amazing accuracy focusing down on this target market.
.
That’s why it was so easy to grow so fast, and sell out a conference.
.
The basic elements in our sales funnel were covered, and at this point, the only thing we were doing was scaling.
.
Thanks to the algorithm we had the ability to SWAMP keywords with our videos. The competition couldn’t keep up budget, quality or quantity-wise.

Once we had a large enough base, that was convinced by our golden offer, we organized a conference in Amsterdam to double check that our new audience was legit.

Within 2 weeks every seat was sold out, so it was safe to say that our audience was very legit.
